Amy's Expeditions: Ice, Rock and Altitude
From Snowdon to Everest - My Motivation
My climbing career has taken me from the beauty of Mount Snowdon (3,560ft/1,085m) in north Wales to the majesty and challenge of Mount Everest (29,035ft/8,850m) in the Himalaya. It is through both the organisational elements and the carrying out of my expeditions that I have learnt how to focus on what's important and how to stay motivated.
